Only Lingga Sauna, Spa & Jacuzzi requires a 10% deposit to confirm your session. All other services are booked without online payment.

A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid on arrival at our retreat.

Yes. All transactions are processed through a safe and verified payment system. You’ll receive a receipt and booking confirmation once your deposit is completed.

No. Bookings for other experiences—such as Yoga Sessions, Balinese Rituals, Lingga Cooking Class, Cultural Attractions, or Lingga Track (Nature Walks) and other facilities can be made without a deposit and paid upon arrival.

Yes, rescheduling is allowed at least 7 days (1 week) before your booking date. Please contact us early to make adjustments and retain your deposit.

Yes, cancellations are accepted; however, the 10% deposit is non-refundable. We recommend rescheduling instead to keep your booking value.
