  • Only Lingga Sauna, Spa & Jacuzzi requires a 10% deposit to confirm your session. All other services are booked without online payment.

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid on arrival at our retreat.

  • Yes. All transactions are processed through a safe and verified payment system. You’ll receive a receipt and booking confirmation once your deposit is completed.

  • No. Bookings for other experiences—such as Yoga Sessions, Balinese Rituals, Lingga Cooking Class, Cultural Attractions, or Lingga Track (Nature Walks) and other facilities can be made without a deposit and paid upon arrival.

  • Yes, rescheduling is allowed at least 7 days (1 week) before your booking date. Please contact us early to make adjustments and retain your deposit.

  • Yes, cancellations are accepted; however, the 10% deposit is non-refundable. We recommend rescheduling instead to keep your booking value.

  • Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm your booking via your chosen channel—WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. Deposit bookings include a digital confirmation and receipt.
