TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email, or the contact form on our website. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed directly by our team. For Lingga Sauna, Spa & Jacuzzi, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Payment Policy

Lingga Sauna, Spa & Jacuzzi bookings require a 10% non-refundable deposit paid online. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival. All other services and facilities can be reserved without a deposit and paid in full on-site.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling for services with a deposit is allowed at least 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled date. Requests made less than 7 days prior may result in loss of deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted, but the 10% deposit is non-refundable. We recommend rescheduling to retain your booking value.

5. Arrival & Check-in

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session or activity to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may shorten the duration of your session out of respect for other guests.

6. Health & Safety

Guests are advised to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs before participating in any activity. Participation in yoga, healing, or outdoor tracking is at your own risk and responsibility.

7. Photography & Media

We may take photos or videos of activities for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform our staff at check-in.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for communication and reservation purposes related to our services.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or participation to any guest behaving in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe manner.
